Application
The beveling fiber laser tube cutter is an advanced piece of tube processing equipment that seamlessly integrates
fiber laser cutting with beveling capabilities. Its core advantage lies in its ability to perform **bevel cutting at any angle
within a ±45° range** (supporting various bevel profiles such as V, X, Y, and K types). It produces smooth, burr-free
cuts with a minimal heat-affected zone, thereby significantly enhancing both welding quality and assembly efficiency.
Beyond resolving the issues of low efficiency and poor precision associated with traditional mechanical beveling
methods, this machine's beveling function enables the single-pass processing of complex bevel geometries, providing
a robust technical foundation for high-end manufacturing applications.
Features
1. Equipped with a BOCHU bevel cutting control system, the high-power BOCI BLT 442 cutting head breaks through the conventional limitation of strictly vertical cut edges, enabling bevel cutting of up to 45 degrees on flat surfaces.
This reduces processing steps and significantly boosts the efficiency of sheet metal fabrication.
2. High precision fully automatic chuck adopts dual pneumatic mode to automatically fix the pipe to avoid possible displacement during the cutting process and ensure cutting accuracy. Clamping diameter 245mm, cutting length 6000mm.
3. Equipped with follow up unloading holder, by utilizing servo drives to track the cutting position and orientation of the tubing in real time, the support height and angle are dynamically adjusted to achieve flexible and smooth unloading.
4.Adopted stable RAYCUS RFL-C 12000W fiber laser resonator, photoelectric conversion rate is high, high beam quality, work life of more than 100,000 hours, no maintenance costs.
5.Adopted Yaskawa Japan servo motor and driver for XY axis and rotary axis ,with SHIMPO reducer, more accurate. It realizes closed-loop control of position, rotating speed is more faster.
6. Teyu S&A Industrial chiller , ensuring fiber laser and laser head can be cooled quickly to ensure that the laser machine has stable power even working at high temperature, high efficient and fast operation.
7. Adopted SMC Japan proportional valve for both Oxygen and Nitrogen, improve cutting accuracy & save gas.
8. Gantry double-drive structure,with imported Hiwin, Taiwan Linear square guide rail with ball bearing slide block which ensure high weight capacity, high precision, smooth and steady running.Taiwan YYC rack&pinion transmission system for XY-axis,improves the production efficiency.
9. High-rigidity heavy chassis,reducing the vibration generated during high-speed cutting greatly. High-performance aviation aluminium crossbeam,after finite element analysis,realizes highly accelerated circular arc cutting speed.
