Precautions for Laser Operation:

1. Ensure the power supply voltage remains within the 200–240V range. You must connect one live wire and one neutral wire; do not connect two live wires. The PE (protective earth) wire must be connected to a grounding busbar (which itself must be properly grounded).

2. For prolonged laser operation, the water temperature must be maintained between 21°C and 23°C; for short-term use, the temperature may be controlled within the 20°C to 25°C range. Use deionized water or purified water, and replace the water every three months. If necessary, use cleaning agents—such as citric acid—to flush the water cooling circuit.

3. During winter, please add antifreeze under the guidance of the equipment manufacturer. If the laser remains unused for an extended period (more than three days), you must use an air gun to completely purge the water from the laser's internal cooling channels. Damage caused by freezing will result in substantial repair costs.

4. During summer, if the ambient temperature exceeds 25°C and the relative humidity exceeds 70% (note: the higher the temperature, the lower the permissible humidity level), the laser must be operated within an air-conditioned environment. (Alternatively, enclosing the laser and a desiccant within a sealed space can also provide a degree of protection.) Before powering on the laser, turn on the air conditioner to lower the temperature and dehumidify the room. When shutting down, turn off the laser first, then the water chiller, and finally the air conditioner. Condensation forming on the laser will result in substantial repair costs.
