1. Strong welded square steel steel tube structure as a whole with vibration Temper aging treatment ensures no deformation for long time.

2. One Z-axis with 2 pcs spindle heads, and 2 pcs rotary axis, diameter 250mm, length 1200mm,  can for 2pcs cylinder engraving at one time, much improving the working efficiency. 

And, each rotary axis with independent reduction gear type hybrid servo motor, during working, the other ones can do continus working if one failure. 

3. Each spindle is 3.2KW water  cooling ( China HQD brand), each one has auto calibration fixture, easy and convenient for calibration , which is with stable performance,low noise and high torque, matched with high-performance frequency Inverter. 

4. Rotary axis table can be removed, so you can also use the aluminum alloy T slot working table for flat engraving cutting. 

5. Mach3 4 axis control system with wireless handwheel, with USB port for desktop or laptop computer, supporting XYZA-axis moving together, showing the processing path , more convenient.

6. Imported Hiwin, Taiwan Linear square guide rail with ball bearing slide block which ensure high weight capacity,  high precision, smooth and steady running. Adpot imported precision ball screws, tools feeded with more accuracy. XINYUE brand helical rack and pinion transmission for X /Y axis, higher running speed and efficiency, saving cost. Z- axis with precision lead ball screw, high precision and more durable.

7. China Leadshine hybrid servo motor and hybrid servo driver H2-2206 for XYZA-axis, compared with the stepper motor, ensuring high speed and precision working.

8.Semi-auto lubrication system more convenient for maintenance. 

9. Favorable compatibility with various CAM softwares such as Type3/Artcam/Mastercam/Caxa. With intelligent over limit protection function which can stop the mechanical collision due to unproper size given to the design.

10. With the function of Break-point memory,power failure resuming and automatic home/origin correction function, effectively ensure long time working precision.
